On most of our listings, we have Digital Magic shoot a “Virtual Tour” of your home. This tour is uploaded to Realtor.com, Metrolist (for licensed Brokers), Remax.com, HomesinColorado.com, Colorado-Homestore.com and COHome Finder.com. We track weekly the number of times your home tour was viewed and send you a report. The virtual tour is also captured on CD that buyers can take with them. When touring your home, we always provide a full color brochure with professional photography, both in the home and at the sign. This brochure is posted to the Remax Alliance network of over 1,000 front range agents.
